MOTION CM Tevault to make a grant to the Friends of Lower Beaver Dam Creek for the cost of composting bins up to $1,200 as a pilot program. Seconded CM Watson. Approved 5-0.
MOTION CM Eldridge to allocaste existing funds in the tree line item account, not to exceed $1,000, for trees, plants, shrubs and fencing in Town Park for Arbor Day, pending the approval of the plan by the Director of Public Works and Chief of Police. Seconded CM Watson. Approved 5-0.
